Passages Resource Centre was established in 1999 and is a joint venture between the Rotary Club of Perth and the St Vincent de Paul Society in Western Australia.
Our mission is to provide a safe, friendly and positive inner city service offering information, referrals and support to marginalised young people aged 12 to 25 years. We aim to provide opportunities for our clients to make positive informed choices that will lead to a safer, alternative lifestyle.
At Passages we consider homelessness to be a STATE where there is:
An absence of shelter
The threat of loss of shelter
Very high mobility
Overcrowding and dilapidation
Lack of security, support and stability
Unreasonable restrictions
