As a Recovery Support Worker, you will work with consumers as case managers to develop and implement a recovery plan that identifies values, strengths and consumer goals. The service endorses the key worker model, where the development of a trusting relationship is seen as pivotal to the change process, and is complementary to the roles of advocacy and support.
We are recruiting for an honest and reliable Service Worker to join our Specialist Community Services team at Tom Fisher House in Highgate and our Passages Youth Engagement Hub in Perth.
As the Service Worker, your role is to clean and maintain the residents living, eating and bathroom areas in addition to the facilities general administration areas. Ensure that they are in a clean and orderly condition and will respond in a timely manner to areas requiring immediate attention.
