Our commitment to pay equality

Statement from St Vincent de Paul Society NSW CEO, Yolanda Saiz.

‘The St Vincent de Paul Society NSW is committed to fair and equitable pay and remuneration for our employees.  With a workforce that is predominately female, actively addressing our gender pay gap to ensure pay equity is vitally important and something I am personally committed to achieving.  

Following a comprehensive analysis of our pay gap data, the Society has identified actions to narrow and hopefully eliminate the gap. With the support of the executive leadership team, we will be implementing these actions and regularly tracking our progress.’
