WGEA Statement 2025

Our commitment to pay equality

Statement from St Vincent de Paul Society NSW CEO, Yolanda Saiz.

‘The St Vincent de Paul Society NSW values diversity and inclusion and believes it is essential to our success as an organisation and to the services we deliver to the people we assist. The Society is committed to ensuring its policies and practices support fairness and equity and this includes remuneration for our employees. Closing the gender pay gap is something we are focused on achieving and over the past year the Society has taken steps to address the gap, and it is pleasing to see there has been a reduction and the average gender pay gap has decreased to 1.7%. Our median gender pay gap is - 6.5% in favour of women. The Society will continue to monitor the pay gap and take appropriate action to close the gap.’
