At St Vincent de Paul QLD we operate four government-funded domestic violence crisis accommodation centres. These centres assist women and their children who are unable to stay at home because of domestic or family violence.
Our domestic violence refuges can offer a safe place for you and your children to stay, receive the support you need, and work with our team to move towards a life free of violence. While we run these domestic violence refuges, all referrals to our centres must come through DV Connect.

Our domestic and family violence services may be available to you if you are experiencing domestic or family violence and need crisis accommodation.
Our domestic violence refuges remain at full capacity, and we do not maintain a waitlist. When vacancies do arise, referrals come via DV Connect.
The locations and contact details of our refuges are kept strictly confidential for the safety of you and your children.
We also offer long-term housing solutions through our community housing services run by Vinnies Housing, to offer a vital next step when exiting our refuges.
Applications to access our domestic violence services must be made through DV Connect.
