Retail Shop Manager - Norwood Vinnies Shop
The St Vincent de Paul Society (SA) Inc (Vinnies) is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Shop Manager to join our Norwood team. If you're passionate about retail, have a heart for service, and enjoy making a positive impact, this is the role for you!
As the Retail Shop Manager, you will lead a team of staff and volunteers to achieve sales objectives and foster a positive customer experience. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of shop operations, team management, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

Volunteer Coordinator
At Vinnies SA, volunteers are at the heart of everything we do. As Volunteer Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in attracting, engaging, and supporting volunteers across our community programs, conferences, and retail operations. You'll oversee the full volunteer life cycle—from recruitment and onboarding to training, recognition, and compliance—ensuring a positive and meaningful volunteer experience.
Working within the Volunteer Services Team, you’ll help shape Vinnies SA as a volunteer organisation of choice, fostering a welcoming, structured, and rewarding environment for those who give their time to support our mission.
