The Vinnies CEO Sleepout is our annual flagship event held on one of the longest and coldest nights of the year.
Hundreds of CEOs, executive managers, business directors and owners, as well as community and government leaders sleep outdoors for this one-night event to support the many Australians who are, or are at risk of, experiencing homelessness and poverty.
In Victoria, the Vinnies CEO Sleepout is held annually in Melbourne. To register or donate to this year's event go www.ceosleepout.org.au
Organisations can also host their own Workplace Sleepout event with their own staff on a date of their choosing. Find out more about hosting your own event at https://fundraiseforvinniesvic.org.au/
Workplace giving is one of the easiest ways your organisation can have a positive social impact on disadvantaged Australians. By setting up a system through payroll, employees can make pre-tax donations from their pay without the fuss of receipts. This money goes directly to Vinnies and helps us to tackle social issues head on.
To make an even greater difference, many companies choose to match their employees’ donations. This not only helps demonstrate an employer’s commitment to their staff but it can also help increase internal engagement and support for a company workplace giving program.
