Call Centre volunteers receive and accurately record all requests for assistance which is then passed onto our local groups called conferences to enable them to carry out their work.
Operating five days a week, the dedicated volunteer team mans the Call Centre to connect people to the services they need and provide hope to families across the Melbourne metropolitan area. As a volunteer in this team, no two days will be the same as you engage with a variety of individuals in need, build a rapport with them and encourage them to take control of their destiny.
