Western Region Case Management

How we help

The Vinnies Western Region Case Management Team provides case management support to assist our eight conferences across the Western Region (Boorowa, Cootamundra, Harden, Lake Cargelligo, Temora, Tumut, West Wyalong, Yass, and Young) and respond to their clients with complex needs.

Vinnies conferences offer a hand-up to those in crisis or experiencing hardship by providing financial and material aid, and food assistance.

The Case Work team can support companions requiring assistance beyond material and food aid.

Types of assistance that may be provided include:

• Case management
• Referrals to specialist services
• Support to navigate systems like Centrelink, Housing, Legal systems
• Support to access health services
• Advocacy
• Information

Who do we support?

Anyone seeking assistance in the ACT and surrounding region (see map below).

All referrals are made through your local conference.
