Community Inclusion Program

The Community Inclusion Program (CIP) provides tenancy support services to residents living in Social and Community Housing in River and George Streets Oaks Estate.

The program also links rough sleepers to supports and services requested to provide a pathway out of homelessness.

How we help

The Community Inclusion Program (CIP)'s specialist staff provide:

  • Tenancy support
  • Advocacy
  • Case management
  • Transport services
  • Information and referral to external services catered to each individual’s needs
  • Community development
  • Services available onsite weekly

In a safe, respectful and welcoming environment, the program engages with a range of supports and services onsite weekly to meet the needs of residents.
