Rosalie Court consists of two different floor plans, which will be built across the development. There will also be a mixture of several different facades, which will vary across the site and add to the aesthetics of the development. Rosalie Court is planned to be a 7-Star development, which will exceed the Tasmanian Government’s 6-Star requirement.
From an economic and social perspective, the 28-unit Rosalie Court development will add to the stock of affordable housing on the North West Coast.
In line with the Tasmanian Government’s initiative to encourage construction companies to offer more apprenticeships, the developers of Rosalie Court will, where possible, give preference to tradespeople and contractors with existing trainees and apprentices; or where new roles will be created for this project. The aim is to provide ongoing and stable work for tradespeople and suppliers in the region, providing the potential to create new employment opportunities in and around Circular Head.
