Project 1.2 - Our compelling, shared story

COMPLETE

Pillar outcome: A new Member journey (including into leadership)

Issues

How do we express a shared story of who we are? One that works for existing Members, as well as new Members who ideally have an increasingly diverse background.

This shared story needs to honour the past and the history of the Society and be open to the future - by supporting inclusivity, but also expressing Catholic traditions in the modern world.

Our shared story should reflect our spirituality and our social justice mission, so that people know what we stand for and hopefully, want to join us.

Identified task(s)

Develop our shared story.

Success indicator(s)

  • Our shared story reflects our Catholic identity
  • Our Vincentian principles shows our openness for all people who share our commitment to social justice and can attract them to join us.
